About our Austin, TX office

We provide specialized legal representation in family law cases in Central Texas. Our services are highly individualized to address our clients' situations throughout their journey through the legal process.

Our practice is limited to the following areas of law: divorce and custody cases, pre- and post-marital agreements, adoptions and paternity cases, mediation, and collaborative law. Most of our cases are in Travis, Hays or Williamson Counties, although we represent clients throughout Central Texas

Family law litigation is never easy, but it does not have to be tragic. Our approach is to have a personalized attorney-client relationship, based upon each client's individual circumstances. We strive to be the voice of reason during a highly emotional time, and we work hard to settle matters without litigation whenever possible, including through the collaborative law process. We endeavor to maintain a current understanding of the newest applications of law and technology as they apply to our client's cases.

Throughout each case, we provide counsel and advice to help our clients determine both their own needs and those of the children involved in the case. We have strong working relationships with other professionals, including accountants, appraisers, financial planners, child and adult psychologists, and private investigators. We are committed to serving our client's needs in a thorough and professional manner. And when litigation is unavoidable, we are formidable advocates for the clients of our firm.
