About this firm

Pratt Vreeland Kennelly Martin & White, Ltd. is a Vermont general, civil practice firm with the ability to address most commercial, financial and legal issues that our clients will ordinarily encounter. At the same time, however, our lawyers concentrate their practices in specific areas so that each matter on which we are engaged will receive the attention of a lawyer specially suited, by experience or training, to analyze the case and pursue the desired objective quickly, effectively, and efficiently. Because of area concentrations, each matter will have the benefit of the expertise of other lawyers in the firm and of other disciplines outside the firm as circumstances warrant.

Our goal in every case is the successful prosecution, advocacy or representation of our clients' interests consistent with the alternatives, remedies and solutions available under the law and within the economic constraints imposed by the client's financial situation and the nature of the case. We pride ourselves in being able to offer our clients prompt, cost-effective, and practical solutions to their legal problems while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.
