Rabner Baumgart Ben-Asher & Nirenberg, P.C. is a plaintiffs' employment law firm. We represent employees in a broad range of matters including discrimination, harassment, whistleblower/retaliation. We also handle matters involving family and medical leaves, employment contracts, severance agreements, commission disputes and non-compete agreements, among other employment-related claims we handle.

In addition, we provide counsel to small businesses with respect to the sale, expansion and purchase of businesses. Further, we provide mediation and appellate law services. Additionally, we advise and represent clients in estate and tax planning.
