Rafael Law, LLC is here for people whose lives have been turned upside down by an accident and who are now being pressured by an insurance company to accept less than they need. My background began in the Office of the Public Defender, where I spent years in court learning how to challenge powerful opponents and tell a client’s story clearly and persuasively. That foundation naturally grew into a passion for personal injury law, and since 2003 I’ve devoted my practice to helping injured clients in Baltimore and nearby communities. I work closely with each client to understand what happened, what they’re facing, and what a fair resolution should look like. Sometimes that means pushing an insurer to cover basic repairs and medical bills; other times it means rejecting a quick, meager offer and preparing for trial. No matter the situation, my goal is simple: fight for the compensation and peace of mind my clients deserve.
