Over the past 20 years, our Miami injury attorneys have helped literally thousands of injury victims. We are successful in our practice because our firm is guided by principles. Our commitment to excellence is founded on three words: Justice, Integrity, and Courage. Many trial attorneys take on a large caseload and quickly settle most cases. This often means that settlements reached are less than what a case is worth.

Our Miami injury attorneys handle a limited number of cases in order to devote the time and energy to get the right results. At Ratzan Weissman & Boldt, our first priority is to improve the lives of our clients. That means we must achieve significant results for each case we pursue. We believe we can do the most good by lending our strength to those who are very seriously injured; who have a dire need for high-quality, experienced legal representation.

We welcome clients who have been referred to our firm by our peers. Many of our significant cases in both settlements and verdicts originated as referrals from our colleagues. We have a national scope of practice and will accept client referrals from lawyers throughout the United States
