Youngstown Criminal Defense Lawyer Also Handling Appeals & Immigration law

When you are struggling with a legal problem in Northern Ohio, it can be difficult to know where to turn for help. It may seem like every attorney is similar, but it is important to work with a lawyer who has experience handling the issues similar to yours and will give you the personal attention you deserve.

At the law practice of Rhys Brendan Cartwright-Jones, Attorney & Counselor at Law, we are dedicated to helping our clients fight criminal charges, accomplish their immigration goals, and succeed in appeals. In 2008, our attorney left the Mahoning County Prosecutor's Office to start his own firm, focusing on protecting his clients' rights and their futures.

You Work Directly With Our Attorney

At our firm, you will never be passed off to a paralegal or associate attorney. Our Youngstown lawyer personally handles every aspect of our clients' cases. He opened his own firm to guide clients through Ohio's legal system to protect their rights.

Rhys will be available to you throughout your case. When your future is on the line, it is natural to have questions and want to understand what is coming. He will help you understand every aspect of your case and zealously advocate for you in negotiation and in the courtroom.

Vast Legal Experience

As a former prosecutor in Mahoning County, Rhys represented the state in hundreds of criminal appeals and was involved in the prosecution of dozens of trials. Having been on both sides of the system, he is able to bring a unique perspective to his clients. He is able to put himself in the prosecutor’s shoes and find the flaws in their arguments.

When it comes to immigration issues, he understands the complex U.S. immigration rules backward and forward. He knows it can be difficult to understand the immigration process, and you probably do not know all of your rights. Rhys will take the time to explain how the U.S. laws apply to your situation and protect your future.
