About this firm

Our founding attorney would have begun her legal career in private practice in 1991, but duty to her home and her country called her to serve in the first Gulf War. Voluntarily putting her life and career on hold, Kathy Williams Richardson chose instead to serve in a time of war.

It is this kind of honor and commitment to service that guides our legal office to this day. At the Richardson Law Firm, PLLC in Durham, North Carolina, we are driven by an unwavering commitment to client service. Since 1996, our office has been driven to provide outstanding representation to people in criminal defense, traffic law, family law and civil court.
