RMO LLP was founded in 2015 by Scott E. Rahn, a probate litigator dedicated to guiding clients through complex trust and estate disputes. Scott’s upbringing in a rural Wisconsin community, where he learned the values of hard work and service on his grandparents’ dairy farm, inspired his commitment to helping others. This foundation was strengthened by his father’s example, a mechanic who often assisted those in need.

After gaining valuable experience in the trust and estates department of a prominent Los Angeles law firm, Scott decided to establish a firm focused exclusively on probate litigation. RMO LLP was created to provide both exceptional legal service and a personalized approach to each case. In 2016, Scott’s longtime friend and fellow litigator, Sean D. Muntz, joined the firm, leading to its rebranding as RMO. Their shared commitment to integrity and client care has shaped the firm’s growth.

RMO LLP has expanded from its original Los Angeles office to eight locations across California and Texas, including offices in Los Angeles, Pasadena, Orange County, San Diego, the Bay Area, Fresno, Dallas, and Houston. The firm is recognized for its dedication to its clients and effective legal representation.
