Major admiralty and maritime transactions include: brokerage transactions, maritime lending, insurance contracts, crew agreements, yard contracts, new construction contracts, charter contracts, collision claims, personal injury claims, marine insurance claims, breach of contract claims, brokerage commission claims, vessel arrests and repossessions, marine salvage and tow, vessel foreclosures and vessel warranty claims.
