Attorney Robert J. Munley (a certified criminal trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy) and his staff have established an outstanding record of results representing individuals charged with crimes throughout Northeast Pennsylvania, including the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre metro area, Stroudsburg/Poconos and all surrounding areas.

We represent clients accused of all crimes, including: D.U.I., sex crimes, drug offenses, assaults, computer crimes, all theft offenses, and all other crimes. We take great pride in charging fees that our clients can afford.

Many of our clients, including students from all of the local colleges, are from outside the area or out of state. Your goals are our goals: avoid incarceration and avoid a criminal record. We're able to do this in many cases. Our responsibility to our clients is to make sure your rights are protected, you're treated fairly, and your case is resolved successfully.

We'll work directly with you to get you through this difficult time. You'll be impressed with the respect you are shown by our knowledgeable and friendly staff and by how quickly your questions and calls are answered. With rare exceptions, all client phone calls are returned either the same day or within 24 hours.

A large part of our practice is representing clients who were referred to us by local and out of state attorneys. These attorneys know their clients are in good hands and their best interests are being looked out for by experienced professionals.
