About this firm

For many years, Ward (Sam) Rouse has represented people who have been injured in some way, whether through damage to their health, property, financial situation, or reputation. If you have been wrongfully deprived of a right, health, property, or even your good reputation, Mr. Rouse can help. Even if your opponent is enormous - the government, a major corporation, or an insurance company, Mr. Rouse can level the playing field.

Mr. Rouse received his law degree from Drake University Law School in 1990, where he was a member of Law Review. Initially, Mr. Rouse began his legal career as a Prosecutor, and transferred into private practice in 1993.

He is admitted to practice before every court in Iowa, as well as the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
