Roy and Roy Attorneys was established in Marksville, Louisiana in 1962. For over forty years, our firm has continued to provide a broad range of legal services to individuals and business clients throughout the States of Louisiana and Mississippi. Roy and Roy Attorneys is a full service law firm representing and advising clients, and has developed primarily a business practice focusing in the areas of business, real estate, contracts, wills and estate planning, banking and collections, and personal injury. We maintain a strong transactional background with a diverse business clientele, including banks, finance companies, insurance companies, and medical practices. The firm has continued in the family for over 40 years and is currently headed by the grandson of the founder, Anthony Jennings "A.J." Roy, III, and his brother-in-law, Benjamin Ascher Luke.
