Our Story A Natural Evolution

YourLegacy Legal was founded on a simple observation: Most people don’t seek legal services because they need documents. They seek legal services because they care about someone. Whether that person is a spouse, child, family member or business partner we seek to understand and preserve your legacy.

For years, our firm operated as ScaleUp Legal, serving entrepreneurs, startups, investors, executives, families, and business owners throughout the United States and internationally. Through that work, we learned that while legal needs may differ, the underlying goal often remains the same:

As our firm evolved, we increasingly found ourselves helping clients navigate estate planning, probate administration, asset protection, succession planning, and legacy preservation. We discovered that our deepest impact came not simply from helping clients grow businesses, but from helping them protect their families, preserve their values, and create lasting legacies.

The result was a natural evolution ScaleUp Legal became YourLegacy Legal. The name may have changed. Our commitment has not.

Today, we continue to bring sophisticated legal experience, business insight, and strategic planning to every client relationship, while focusing our mission on helping individuals, families, business owners, and professionals secure their future and protect their legacy.
