After numerous years at large, national, full-service firms, David Schubert & Blake Evans founded Schubert & Evans, P.C. in January 2004 so that they could more efficiently serve their long-time litigation clients. David Schubert and Blake Evans have long been recognized for their expertise in tort defense, insurance coverage, professional liability defense, bad faith and class action litigation, as well as related regulatory matters. In addition to these core areas of practice, the Firm also routinely handles other types of litigation in the commercial arena.

Schubert & Evans represents clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout Texas and nationwide. The firm also represents clients in connection with administrative proceedings before the Texas Department of Insurance and in dealings with the Texas Attorney General.
