SA was established by Stanley G. Sherwood who has served multinational businesses for more than twenty years. Until early 2000, he was an International Tax and Legal Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York. For many years he has been listed in Euromoney's Guide to the World's Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors and in Euromoney's Guide to the World's Leading Tax Advisors. In 2001 he was listed in the Mondaq.com Guide to the World's Leading Tax Lawyers. In addition to being a member of the Bar in New York, Mr. Sherwood is also a Certified Public Accountant. SA is a member of many professional associations.
