Educating a client in how the divorce process works, what obstacles they may be presented and suggesting reasonable solutions begins the attorney/client relationship. Emergency matters such a child abduction, DCFS complaints, and parental alienation are addressed expeditiously. Moving through the divorce process can be uncomfortable, especially when your spouse is difficult, asset valuations are complicated (such as closely held corporations) or there is high conflict on issues of parenting. We are prepared to address amicable divorces and prenuptial agreements with efficiency.
