Since 1992, Shorstein & Kelly has offered adoption services to birth mothers and adoptive parents in Florida and throughout the country. Both Michael Shorstein and Brian Kelly are Board Certified Adoption Attorneys by the Florida Bar, which is the highest level of evaluation by the Supreme Court of Florida. Adoption services are free of charge to birth mothers. Services to birth mothers include facilitating open or closed adoptions, providing medical expenses, counseling, living expenses and transportation during the pregnancy as well as updates and photos after placement. Shorstein and Kelly also provide services to adoptive parents for matching and placement of infants, identified adoptions, interstate adoptions, and stepparent, grandparent and relative adoptions. They have offices in Jacksonville and Daytona Beach, Florida.
