Scott's a master in mediating cases to resolution. A mainstay of his success is that most, if not all, of the local securities mediators know & trust Scott's good judgment. He is known for discerning strengths & weaknesses in both sides' cases, & then quantifying a settlement number by instinctively balancing cost v. benefit and client risk aversion. Although he's done countless mediations, I think his skill is inate rather than learned although he's too much of a gentleman to say that. Read less
