Snow Jensen & Reece was established in 1986 and has since become the largest locally owned and headquartered firm in Southern Utah with offices in St. George, Cedar City and Kanab. It serves clients in a broad range of practice areas, regularly handling complex litigation, large transactional matters involving real estate development, and sophisticated tax planning for businesses and individual estates.

The firm has represented national clients including Wal-Mart, US Bank, Wells Fargo, Northwest Savings Bank, Inland Western, Haycock Oil, Thomas Petroleum and Smith's Food & Drug. In addition, the firm represents many of the largest financial institutions, real estate developers and private companies in Southern Utah including State Bank of Southern Utah, Gunnison Valley Bank, Kay H. Traveller Enterprises, Stone Cliff, Sun River St. George, Tonaquint Business Park and Retail Center, InterLinx Communications and Tonaquint Data Center. Local government representation includes the cities and towns of Springdale, Kanab, Washington, Ivins, Hurricane and LaVerkin.

The lawyers at Snow Jensen & Reece have volunteered hundreds of hours to various non-profit, charitable and governmental boards on which they have served including Utah State Bar Commission, Governor's Office of Economic Development, Economic Development Corporation of Utah, Utah Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission, Santa Clara City Council, Southern Utah Community Legal Center, Washington County School Board Foundation, Dixie State College Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Washington County Economic Development Council, St. George Kiwanis Club and the St. George Rotary Club. In addition, the firm has provided monetary support through significant donations to several local, state and national organizations including, Boy Scouts of America, And Justice for All, Dixie State College Foundation, Southwest Symphony, and the Washington County School Board Foundation. The lawyers in the firm believe they have a duty to provide voluntary assistance to public and non-profit organizations, both in the form of voluntary service as well as monetary donations.

Pro-bono commitment: Members played a key role in helping to establish the Southern Utah Community Legal Center, which serves area residents who cannot afford legal services. In addition to its involvement in these programs, the firm regularly provides representation to local families who, because of unique circumstances, are unable to pay for legal fees.

Lewis is one of those lawyers that I would trust with my legal needs. I would trust him to be both effective and aggressive in his representation, but also to be fair and conscious of the costs.
