Donna is a Florida Bar Certified Appellate Specialist and Business Litigator. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator (Circuit-Civil, Family, and Appellate). Donna is also a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator and FINRA-Approved Arbitrator.
Before becoming a lawyer, Donna worked for Price Waterhouse in New York City and then for Penn Central Corporation as a Manager of Accounting and Financial Reporting. After moving to Florida in 1987, Donna became an Assistant Vice President/Manager of Financial Reporting for Intercontinental Bank in Miami, and then performed financial systems analysis for American Express before entering law school.
After graduating No. 1 from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, Donna clerked at the Fourth District Court of Appeal for the Hon. Barbara J. Pariente. Following her clerkship, Donna was with the national law firm now known as Edwards Wildman for twelve years. Mark Solomon, Esq., has been defending the accused for over thirty years.
