About this firm

What we do

Since 2014, our honest, committed team has helped families get back on their feet after life changing events, from divorces and child custody disputes to employment conflicts. Our attorneys work to find creative, long-term solutions to legal problems so that our clients do not just survive, but thrive, once they step outside our office.

Who We Are

Stauff & Gross is a litigation firm serving clients in family law and employment law, in Wake and Johnston Counties. Since 2014, we have offered our clients exceptional legal service at a reasonable cost. Our founding partners bring a diversity of experience to the table, from years of domestic violence and custody work at North Carolina Legal Aid, to private practice. We offer our clients professional, honest, transparent, and affordable legal counsel.

OUR VALUES

Compassion

Because we see clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives, we understand the importance of bringing not just legal skill, but compassion, to the table. We are experienced attorneys and will offer exceptional service, but we also care about you, and we care about your family. We want to help you move forward, find stability, and heal.

Creativity

We welcome the challenge of parsing complicated facts and building a strong case. With us, there is no one-size-fits-all, boilerplate resolution: We will work to craft a strategy that is uniquely suited to your particular challenges, goals, and desires.

Client-focused

Your case is not just a number. We are dedicated to your case from the time you hire us to the conclusion of your matter. No matter the type of dispute – divorce or employment, immigration or domestic violence – we know that the stakes are high and the outcome of your case will deeply impact you day-to-day.
