Sometimes it is in the client's best interest to litigate the case through trial or arbitration; in those cases, we are uniquely qualified to do so given our substantial trial and arbitration experience. Often, however, it is better strategy to move quickly to end the matter through a dispositive motion, mediation or direct settlement. In either case, we pride ourselves on having the litigation experience, and understanding of the client's best interests, to adopt the appropriate strategy for each client given their particular situation.
