James Nelsen graduated from Drake Law School May
2004 and was admitted by the Iowa Supreme Court to practice in Iowa.
He was admitted to Federal District court in 2005, the Eighth Circuit Court of
Appeals in 2008, and Missouri in 2012. Relying upon his legal knowledge,

As a legal assistant, Amy has become highly skilled at complex case
organization, including through the use of case management software and
techniques. Amy has employed her talents to the benefit of many clients in
