As a trial lawyer, lead attorney Dean Stowers has tried many jury trials throughout Iowa at the state and federal level. Mr. Stowers has secured acquittals for his clients in more than two-thirds of his trials. James Nelsen graduated from Drake Law School May 2004 and was admitted by the Iowa Supreme Court to practice in Iowa. He was admitted to Federal District court in 2005, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2008, and Missouri in 2012. Relying upon his legal knowledge, litigation skills and techniques, and his personal passion and life experience, he provides quality legal service to people across Iowa. She has experience in trial support in civil and criminal litigation, transcription, organizing and summarizing discovery materials and preparing legal documents. As a legal assistant, Amy has become highly skilled at complex case organization, including through the use of case management software and techniques. Amy has employed her talents to the benefit of many clients in particularly complex and difficult cases all the way through attending trial as part of a trial team. Amy is devoted to her career in assisting the attorneys in providing the best outcome for the firm's clients.
