Strauss, Factor, Laing & Lyons traces its roots to 1932, when Conrad K. Strauss was admitted to practice in Rhode Island. Originally engaged in general practice, it now concentrates its efforts in business and commercial litigation, creditors' rights and insolvency law, products liability, insurance and personal injury in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

We are flexible and innovative and we utilize state-of-the-art technology and cost-effective methods to provide services in a timely, client-oriented and professional manner. Our approach focuses on each client's background, needs, and goals, and we are committed to responding to telephone calls promptly, to reporting on cases regularly, and to minimizing and eliminating risk by informing clients of significant changes in the law or developments in their matters.
