Since 2001, Sumpter Law, LLC has been providing ongoing legal services to Ohio public school districts. Our firm represents not only individual school districts but also groups of school districts. We have experience in the formation of health insurance consortiums for public school districts and currently provide ongoing representation to several consortiums located throughout Ohio. We provide subrogation services to several school district consortiums, as well as individual school districts.
We were recently involved in the formation of a purchasing cooperative for Ohio public school districts, and continue to provide legal services to that cooperative, as well as another school district purchasing cooperative. We also have experience in the formation of an education foundation.
