About this firm

Swartz Swidler started in August 2010 with the partners, Richard Swartz and Justin Swidler, and just one administrative professional at the time. In just under 5 years, the firm has grown to 8 lawyers and 7 administrative professionals. Although the Firm is headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and many of our cases are from the Philadelphia area and South Jersey, the firm is regarded as one of the leading employment law firms in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and beyond; having represented employees throughout the country, including in Arkansas, Delaware, Michigan, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.

We have gained remarkable experience in the trucking industry too. We are currently litigating nearly a dozen wage and hour matters against trucking companies nationwide.

Our experience as class action attorneys has allowed us to have a deep insight of different types of job positions, workplaces and their rules, procedures and regulations, in such diverse industries as the metal industry, the drilling, the transportation, the appliance or the banking industry, among others.

The core of our success is based on our drive and perseverance to give the people, who have been unlawfully treated in their workplace, their rights back. At Swartz Swidler, our focus is on you. Our Employment Law Attorneys, Richard Swartz and Justin Swidler, and their team, will work with you to promote your interests. We will maintain constant contact and will always be prepared to discuss your case.

As employment and discrimination attorneys we know that be subject to an unlawful situation in your workplace can be a traumatic experience. For this reason, we are here to assist you and let you know your rights.
