About this firm

Founded in 1997, the firm of Tarlow Stonecipher Weamer Kelly, PLLC has provided representation to local, regional and national clients. Located in Bozeman, the home of Montana State University. The firm includes lawyers with active law licenses in Fort Peck Tribal Court, Illinois, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming and Colorado (inactive). We understand our clients can’t be everywhere at once, which is why the firm’s lawyers routinely travel throughout the region representing local, regional and national clients.

We have a dedicated and experienced staff. The firm’s lawyers and staff pride themselves on client service and responsiveness and with keeping current with the ever-changing interface between technology and the practice of law, including electronic discovery.

Firm lawyers are engaged in numerous professional, community and educational organizations. Members have served in a number of professional positions and endeavors including as president of the Gallatin County Bar Association, founder of the Montana State Bar Construction Law Section, a member of the Board of Governors of the American College of Construction Lawyers, and as Adjunct Faculty to the College of Engineering, Montana State University – Bozeman.
