The Accident Guys exclusively handle personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. We have limited our practice to these two areas of law because we take pride in protecting our clients from insurance companies and fighting to get them the compensation they deserve.

We take great pride in keeping our clients informed of their case, from beginning to end. We routinely answer emails on the weekends and after hours. We also make every effort to answer all client phone calls personally.

Honesty

Another thing that sets our firm apart is that we are very upfront and honest with our clients about telling them what they need to know about their case, and not necessarily what they want to hear. We will not oversell you about the value of your case to get you to sign a contract.

Empathy

We are a firm that knows your pain and has experienced the inconvenience caused by an accident. We too have been injured in accidents. Our founders have been rear-ended in accidents and attacked by dogs. These experiences allow us to relate and better serve our clients.
