Since 1973, The Brender Law Firm has successfully represented folks in Fort Worth, Tarrant County and surrounding areas against auto manufacturers, insurance companies, hospitals, banks, drunk drivers, railroads, and the government, just to name a few. We have tried and won hundreds of cases throughout Texas involving personal injury, products liability, insurance bad faith, civil rights, medical negligence, mass torts, class actions, and sexual harassment, including two cases before the United States Supreme Court, Watson v. Fort Worth Bank & Trust, 487 U.S. 977, and Trevino v. Texas, 503 U.S. 562.

Recently, after a seven-year battle, we obtained a settlement against the makers of E-Ferol, a vitamin E supplement, given to premature infants in 1983-84, resulting in the deaths of 43 infants and brain damaged 23 others [Klein v. O’Neal, Inc., 705 F. Supp.2d 632 (N.D. Tex. 2010) (Fitzwater, C.J.)].
