About this firm

The firm focuses on closings within Litchfield, Fairfield and New Haven counties, but regularly performs closings in other towns throughout the State. We provide fast quality service and offer our clients the same resources as many large firms, without sacrificing the personalized focus and attention that comes with a modest size staff. We also offer a service many large law firms don't offer and that is the ability to provide early morning and late evening closings.

On those occassions when it is necessary to involve attorneys with specialized services, often touching upon environmental, labor and significant estate planning, the firm has well established relationships with colleagues who are specialists in those areas and we are able to engage those attorneys on an as needed basis.

The firm moves aggressively in scheduling closings and other appointments for the convenience of our clients. Our main goal is the convenience of the client. Our eager willingness to schedule where and when convenient to our clients, combined with swift title search results, spares all involved in the closing the anxiety and uncertainty which often comes along with a real estate transaction.
