The Gordon Law Firm, P.C. has over 20 years experience helping clients with a variety of legal matters. Our focus is on helping our clients solve their legal problems as simply and favorably as possible. We fight hard to protect our client's rights every step of the legal process.

Along the way, we take whatever time is necessary to explain each step of the legal process in an easy to understand manner. We make sure to provide our clients with an honest assessment of their case from the very beginning, including both the pros and cons. We also make sure to prepare them for the time, effort, and finances involved in pursuing their case from beginning to end.

All of the key elements of our representation are spelled out in a detailed client contract, that is specifically tailored to meet each client's needs. This ensures that the clients know exactly what to expect from us, and what will be expected from them. This also helps avoid any misunderstandings or unexpected surprises as the case develops.

We believe that preparation and meticulous detail are keys to getting a successful result for each client. Regular communication is also vital to establish a solid attorney-client relationship.

We also provide different service options to make our services as convenient as possible. This is especially important in today's environment when many client don't want to have time to personally come into a physical office to do business anymore. We are set up to handle virtually all aspects of our client's cases through phone, video-conference, mail, fax, and/or e-mail. That being said, we still have a physical office ready to personally meet with clients or conduct depositions and conferences when necessary.

We do our best to set our fee structure in a way that the average person can afford. On uncontested cases, we typically offer flat rate fees. On contested cases, we offer competitive rates, flexible payment plans, and accept all major credit cards.
