Criminal Practice
Criminal cases and investigations have run the gamut from white collar crimes such as fraud, including Medicaid, mail and securities fraud, tax evasion, antitrust violations, money laundering, bribery and theft of government funds, to non-white collar crimes such as assault, aggravated harassment, driving while intoxicated, larceny, sexual abuse and homicide. We have also represented clients in regulatory matters and internal company investigations as well as those who were victims of crimes and witnesses in criminal trials.
Civil Practice
Our civil practice is quite varied, encompassing partnership disputes, professional malpractice, misappropriation of trade secrets and property, contract disputes and litigation involving cooperatives and condominiums. We also handle commercial disputes, intellectual property disputes, products liability defense, class actions, real estate disputes, including commercial landlord/tenant matters, disputes between closely held corporations and partnerships, estate disputes, and employment discrimination. Family law matters include custody, visitation and child support issues, as well as separation and divorce.
