Mr. McClellan enjoys the honor of being the only San Diego lawyer inducted into the Inner Circle of Advocates. He is a three time recipient of the "Outstanding Trial Lawyer Award" from the San Diego Trial Lawyers Association for cases in which million and multi-million dollar verdicts were obtained. He is the 2012 recipient of the Daniel T. Broderick III Award. He was also selected as "San Diego Best Lawyers Product Liability Litigation Lawyer of the Year" for 2012. One of his arguments has been featured in Million Dollar Arguments. His peers have voted him as one of the Best Lawyers in America and he has been profiled in American Lawyer magazine. One of Mr. McClellan's cases is featured in No Contest by Ralph Nader and Wesley J. Smith.
