About this firm

The Tollison Law Firm was created in 2007 to create a boutique litigation firm to provide a variety of high quality litigation services. As a former 20 plus year partner with the law firm of Nelson, Mullins, Riley and Scarborough, Mr. Tollison has vast experience in representing plaintiffs and defendants in business/commercial litigation matters, as well as environmental/toxic tort and products liability cases. He and his wife have four children and are very active in the community and at Greenville High School.
