I am Branch W. Vincent III, founding attorney at Vincent Law Firm, and I have represented injured individuals in workers' compensation, Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) cases and personal injury lawsuits since 1986. Experience tells me that beyond my legal knowledge and my ability to maximize compensation for injured parties, the most important thing I bring to my clients is a personal approach and an assurance that I will relentlessly pursue their best interests.

I am recognized as a certified specialist in workers' compensation law by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Lawyers who receive this certification must demonstrate extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of workers' compensation law, as well as a commitment to continued learning in this practice area. I also sit on the North Carolina State Bar Workers' Compensation Specialty Committee, which processes applications for people who want to become certified specialists.

I have been listed in North Carolina Super Lawyers magazine every year since 2010, and I have been listed as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in North Carolina by the

Association of Trial Lawyers of America also since 2010. I am also BV-rated* under Martindale-Hubbell's peer rating system.
