About this firm

The Warren Firm only represents people injured in car accidents, the families of wrongful death victims, and people involved in other serious injury cases. We are not a large personal injury advertising firm that takes every case and passes the case to inexperienced lawyers or to the paralegal. We cannot take the case of everyone that contacts us. There are many claims that do not require an attorney. Likewise there are many cases that the injured party needs help but is relying on the insurance company to treat them fairly.

Insurance companies frequently try to settle cases for less than they are worth. They will often tell the injured party that they will take care of settling the case when the medical treatment is complete. However, when it comes time to settle, an offensively low offer is made, in hopes that they can pressure the injured person into settling quickly and for less than fair value.
