About this firm

Located in the heart of downtown Dalton, The Waycaster Firm has been a cornerstone of the Northwest Georgia legal community since 1980. Led by Leslie Waycaster, our team brings over 40 years of experience to the table, helping neighbors navigate everything from personal injury and workers’ compensation to complex business disputes and mediation. Leslie is a University of Georgia law graduate who has tried cases in more than 25 counties and is even admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. While we are proud of our AV-rating—the highest mark for ethics and skill—we are even prouder of the people we represent. We’ve secured record-breaking verdicts in medical malpractice and handled high-stakes federal litigation, but we believe every case is important regardless of its size. Our philosophy is simple: everyone deserves quality representation. We are dedicated to meeting your needs and expectations at every turn, treating your challenges with the personal attention they deserve. When you work with us, you’re getting a seasoned advocate who knows the local courts inside and out and truly cares about your recovery and your future.
