Thiebaud Remmington Thornton Bailey LLP was formed as a boutique practice over 10 years ago, focusing on the healthcare industry, representation of hospitals and ancillary businesses, and representing physicians and physician practices. The extreme growth of the group's practice at a larger firm led the attorneys to form their own firm, specifically to provide unparalleled service, industry knowledge and focus to clients.

Out of this new firm, additional opportunities to support clients on a national level in complex litigation arose, allowing the attorneys to resolve complex disputes for clients on a multi-state level, involving very difficult issues, national experts, and management of counsel in other states. As the firm's reputation grew, clients sought more services from other practice areas, including business, complex business litigation, appellate, prompt pay / clean claims, employment contracts, healthcare licensing and regulatory matters, business formations, operations, acquisitions, mergers, restructures, and general counsel advice. In addition, the firm's attorneys have extensive experience in product liability claims inside and outside the healthcare industry, representing national and multinational corporations. The firm has become a trusted advisor to businesses and business consultants, manufacturers, insurance companies, and the healthcare industry.
