Thomas, Cinclair & Beuttenmuller, PLLC was founded on April 1, 1988.

Our firm's principal goal is to provide the highest quality legal work at competitive rates. The core of our practice is in commercial litigation, wills, trust and estates, real estate and general corporate work. The matters handled range from litigation over contracts, construction law, employment, intellectual property and unfair competition, to transactional work on corporate issues, lending, business acquisitions and formations, private securities offerings, estate planning and probate, real estate and restaurant development.

We have a broad range of experience and are able to assist the firm's clients with all of their business transactions, as well as to handle their business litigation needs. Part and parcel of the firm's overriding philosophy is that the firm's personnel be accessible to the firm's clients.

We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and our attention to detail, and we plan to continue this same emphasis as we strive to meet the goals and needs of our clients into the future.
