The office of Thomas T. Boundas & Associates practices law in Willowbrook, Illinois, Cook County, DuPage County and Will County. The office was founded in 1997 after Mr. Boundas left the Illinois Department of Insurance as an administrative Law Judge. Beginning in 1997 the firm began specializing in 2 main areas, Family Law and Construction Law and Litigation. Mr. Boundas has litigated and taken to trial several divorce cases involving complex business and real estate valuation issues, along with several contested cases involving child custody. In his contested construction cases he has litigated and handled appeals related to mechanic's liens, involving multi-million dollar projects in Chicago and the collar counties.
The practice has grown to include Personal Injury and Commercial Litigation. In 2003, Angela Kopp, previously with the firm of Sidley Austin, joined the firm, of counsel. Angela specializes in Residential and Commercial Real Estate and for our offices has closed several properties with values exceeding $1,000,000.00.
