At Towe & Fitzpatrick, PLLC, our three attorneys have more than 75 years of experience in Montana. Here are a few things you should know about their six decades of practice:

• We have litigated hundreds of cases: Today more than ever, most cases are settled before they ever reach the courtroom. Many “experienced” attorneys have never litigated a case in court. As a result, they may choose to settle when trial is better or refer complicated cases to other firms. Ours lawyers have handled hundreds of personal injury cases in state and federal court. We are always prepared to go to trial to secure the best possible outcome.

• Personal injury is our only focus: No two areas of law are alike. It takes years of practice to master a particular area. Those that split focus between multiple practice areas don’t get the chance to understand the nuances of the law or various fact patters. We handle personal injury claims and only personal injury claims.

• We value quality over quantity: You have to fully develop a case to obtain the maximum compensation. This takes time, effort and resources not all firms are willing to devote.
