As a law student, Travis Newton was a founding member of The Christian Legal Society and a summer extern for South Carolina’s 8th Circuit Public Defender’s Office. As a practicing Lawyer, Travis Newton is a regular in Upstate Summary and General Sessions Courts primary in South Carolina’s 10th and 13th Judicial Circuits including Anderson, Oconee, Pickens and Greenville. Attorney Newton has presented oral arguments before The South Carolina Court of Appeals and was lead counsel in the landmark case State of South Carolina vs. Taylor where the primary issue was South Carolina’s video requirements during a traffic stop for driving under the Influence.
