With over 30 years of experience, we’ve litigated diverse cases on behalf of clients involving all types of workers’ compensation and personal injury claims.

As a client, you’ll work directly with us throughout the process. The attorneys and the entire staff will provide you with the dedicated and passionate representation you need throughout these sensitive, personal matters. We tell your story to a jury in an easily understood and persuasive manner, and we pride ourselves on educating all of our clients about the legal process.

Before Rob Tucker, the firm’s founder, became an attorney, he had a career as a college professor working closely with students and employing innovative, hands-on teaching methods. Those skills have been carried through by the attorneys at Tucker Law to the negotiating table, the courtroom and interactions with clients. We make it our responsibility to take all the details we've learned about your unique situation and boil it down to the most relevant information to present in order to guide judges and juries through to a successful outcome in your case.

Because we’re often able to negotiate settlement on behalf of our clients, only a small number of cases actually have to go to trial. Still, we prepare every case as if it might.
