UNRUH TURNER BURKE & FREES was founded in 1990 with the mission of providing its clients with the highest quality legal services, and that mission continues to this day. Starting with only 4 lawyers focusing on real estate, land use, business, municipal and school law, the Firm has increased to more than 20 lawyers, expanding its practice areas to include representation of businesses and entrepreneurs, governmental entities, financial institutions, non-profit organizations, and individuals in areas that encompass sophisticated commercial and creditor’s rights litigation, commercial transactions, estate and trust planning and administration, business law, labor and employment law, municipal and school law, sophisticated real estate transactions, taxation, and zoning and land use, as well as other areas.

Each attorney in the firm focuses primarily in practice areas in which he or she has established expertise through education and substantial experience. Legal matters are assigned to and supervised by lawyers in the firm most qualified to handle the particular matter effectively and efficiently, consistent with the client’s desires, needs and cost constraints.

Through a steadfast focus on providing top quality services we have earned a reputation for competence, integrity and credibility among our clients, our colleagues in the bar, the bench, and the governmental, financial and business community in which we and our clients work.
