Our practice areas include personal injury, guardianship issues, estate disputes, business litigation and family law. Our family law practice covers divorces, child custody, child visitation, division of assets, financial support disputes, estate planning and wills & trusts.

Our lawyers are all native Floridians residing in Polk County their entire lives. We call Central Florida “home” and feel like we are helping our neighbors and friends when people from our own home towns need legal assistance. We practice primarily in the Tenth Circuit, which encompasses Polk, Highlands, and Hardee Counties. We proudly serve clients from Central Florida's largest cities to its smallest cities, including: Lakeland, Bartow, Lake Wales, Haines City, Sebring, Mulberry, Wauchula and Winter Haven.
