I encountered Mr. Waldeck during the years I was in private practice, prior to the time I became a judge in January 2010. My experience with him was that he was knowledgeable, competent, professional and civil. I have also encountered Mr. Waldeck now that I am a judge, and I continue to give him high marks in all of these areas.
