The law firm of Rahaim & Saints was founded in 1993 by Delaware natives Drew Rahaim and Sheldon Saints, attorneys with over 20 years of experience each with the negotiation and litigation of serious legal matters at all levels of the state and federal courts. Our small firm offers comprehensive legal services on a broad range of issues. The entire legal staff at Rahaim & Saints is trained in effective communication techniques that keep our clients "in the loop" throughout a confusing process of motions, negotiations, trials and appeals. With offices in Wilmington and Newark, Rahaim & Saints serves clients throughout the state of Delaware.

Drew Rahaim is a skilled trial lawyer and negotiator who has practiced in criminal defense since 1980. He represents clients in all misdemeanor and criminal charges, including DUI, drug crimes, assault and battery, domestic violence, property crimes, white collar crimes, juvenile offenses and traffic violations. On behalf of clients, he also handles record expungements, appeals, probation violation hearings and administrative driver's license hearings.

Rahaim & Saints was founded out of our senior partners' growing frustration with what they saw as a lack of compassion and understanding for the real concerns and problems of clients at larger firms. Their vision was to combine the substantial resources of those big-city firms with the one-on-one personal attention made possible by hometown Delaware attorneys.

We take great pride in our record of successful results on behalf of ordinary people charged with criminal offenses.
