Weems Hazen Law is a boutique law firm specializing in serious injury and wrongful death cases. Close client relationships are the pride of this office and we are selective about which cases we accept to ensure we are able to give our clients the best service possible.

If you are injured or lost a loved one, you have many worries and questions. We are here to help you with those burdens and ensure that you receive justice for your suffering. In times of recovery, it is critical that you are able to focus on your family and your treatment. Our office takes responsibility for developing and prosecuting your claim, leaving you to focus on your priorities.

Every initial case evaluation is free and there is no fee unless we recover money for you. All personal injury lawyers are required to recover costs and expenses for your case, so it is important that you understand what your lawyer considers to be chargeable expenses. Unlike most of our competitors, our office does not charge for copies, paper, envelopes, postage, long distance calls, or other incidental? in office? expenses that quickly add up. The only costs we charge to our clients are costs we pay other providers such as medical record fees, filing fees, travel expenses, expert fees, etc.

We aim to be a lifelong legal resource for our clients and also our community. As part of our continued service to new and old clients, we accept a small number of family law cases, probate cases, as well as will and trust drafting.
