Welcome to Whole Family Legal, LLC where we solve problems. Finding the right solution is our specialty. We can help you to solve a problem you anticipate, or a problem you are already facing.

Our primary objective is to make legal services affordable for everyone. Many people do not have the ability to come up with large retainers which are frequently insisted upon by other attorneys, and yet cannot qualify for public assistance with their legal issues. Such people have just as many legal problems. They need help just as much as, if not more than, those with funds. We focus our practice on serving these people. We have implemented several options in our practice for helping people in this type of situation, including low initial retainers, payment plans, a sliding fee scale and even some flat fee items.

Every case is unique. Every situation is unique. Determining the right approach for you and your situation is the first step. We offer a free initial consultation, which gives us both an opportunity to determine whether we can work together, and if so, what needs to be done to solve the problem that brings you here.
