Wilkofsky, Friedman, Karel & Cummins was founded in April of 1987. Our firm concentrates most of its work in the field of first-party insurance litigation and property damage litigation, representing clients in the federal courts and state courts throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Connecticut, North Carolina and elsewhere.

The firm specializes in representing victims of disasters, including fires, floods, hurricanes, theft and other casualties, personal injury, medical and legal malpractice, administrative matters, business torts, and disability and life claims, as well as claims for grave injuries pursuant to the Labor Law, protecting the rights of individuals and businesses with an aggregate of well over 120 years of insurance litigation experience.
